Hi, I'm Ben Otis, and I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As a firm believer in "Home Is Where the Heart Is", my life has been filled with home projects - spanning from regular maintenance and small enhancements to complete gut jobs and new builds.

Eastern Iowa Home Repair was born out of the requests of friends and family. A trust-worthy, knowledgeable, fair, and communicative company that offers both maintenance and repair solutions is in high demand, with very few options. Our mission is to provide high-quality and high-value home maintenance and repair solutions to home owners in the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area. As a registered, licensed, and insured contractor with 10+ years of experience, I look forward to the opportunity to work together.
